Welcome to the TALISMAN Subdivision on the north bank of the Withlacoochee River in central Florida. Founded by Frank Laumer in 1957, Frank, his wife Dale Anne their family have built their homes here. They invite you to join them and a hundred other families in TALISMAN, where it’s summer all the time.
TALISMAN LAND OFFICE is in the land business, selling lots (and sometimes) mobile homes. TALISMAN is located in Hernando County in central Florida, 50 miles west of Disneyworld and 50 miles north of Tampa. The Withlacoochee River forms the south boundary for 1 mile and US HWY 301 the west.
We take great satisfaction in the fact that many of our properties have been purchased by relatives or friends of previous investors, some of whom have been with us for 50 years and more.
